The candidates need to have strong interpersonal skills and at least 4 years experience of some or all of the following Oracle products:

• Oracle E-Business Suite – Financials, Advanced Procurement, Projects, Human Capital Management, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Customer Relationship Management

The successful candidates will have the freedom to express their own methods and ideas and will be expected to work without supervision.  All Patech employees are rewarded and measured by results and effort.

The Candidates

Will have:

• E-Commerce awareness and relevance
• At least 4 years Oracle E-Business Suite experience
• Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i / Release 12 capability and experience
• A combination of functional and technical skills
• Mobility across client assignments
• Professional high impact client facing skills

 Potential candidates will be currently working for one of the following:

• Consulting practice
• Oracle partner / reseller
• IT vendor
• End user or similar related business

Remuneration

For the right candidates, Patech is able to offer an extremely attractive and flexible salary package.

In addition to a generous basic salary, significant bonuses are available based on consultant utilisation and overall profitability.  For the strongest candidates there is the opportunity for substantial equity participation.
