Our People
The team is key
Patech’s highly experienced consultants and team-based approach provide a proven, cost effective combination that will ensure all Patech projects’ success.
Patech’s people are the key to Patech’s success. Time and time again, customers have commented on Patech’s most distinguishing characteristic – the competence and commitment of our people. Each Patech member has been handpicked for their experience in project management, knowledge of enterprise-wide business processes, system implementation experience, and passion for achieving excellence.
Patech’s Managed Services is based on the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principle that delivers industry – leading support, expertise in applications (Oracle E-Business Suite problem solving to Version One and QlikView) ensuring all client’s applications are running smoothly. All support analysts have successfully been ITIL certified which recognises Patech’s commitment on client needs.
ITIL is a process based approach to IT service management, which focuses attention on key activities and optimised service quality, within a reasonable and justifiable cost.
Patech’s delivery team ensure all projects are successfully managed and are kept within budgets and timeframes by applying principals of the Oracle AIM Methodology. AIM provides the project management methodology which enables Patech project managers to oversee the complete implementation process from contract to go-live. By adopting AIM, Patech use templated documents to record and report the various phases, processes, tasks and deliverables of the project.
Patech’s Central Administration Team (CAT) are responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and are the first point of call for all visitors to Patech be it via telephone or in person. The CAT work very closely with Managed Services and Delivery to ensure all administrative queries and concerns are processed and addressed by the most appropriate member all the time.
“The Pertinent Question is NOT how to do things right – but how to find the right things to do, and to concentrate resources and efforts on them”. – Peter Drucker.
