Patech FOCUS Group

Patech FOCUS is a non-profit making user group set up to improve the experience of organisations that have invested in the Oracle E-Business Suite.
 
Patech FOCUS is active in the support and development of the Oracle E-Business Suite and associated products.  Run by customers of Patech, it represents views for the E-Business Suite user community.  It has been established to encourage the sharing of Oracle E-Business Suite related knowledge.
 
Mission:

• To improve system process through better use of the Oracle E-Business Suite
• To provide group members the information required to assist in their organisations achieving it’s IT related objectives

Aims:

• To be the preferred information forum for Patech customers using Oracle E-Business Suite and associated products
• To provide a forum for knowledge exchange between the Patech customer base
• To assist Oracle E-Business Suite organisations realise a return on their investment
• To promote innovation across the Patech customer base To influence Patech’s strategy and support services

The user group was formed in 2007 to cater for the specific issues raised within the Patech NHS user community.  The success of the user group and a growing Patech customer base has prompted for the the user group to be extended to welcome all Patech customers to form the Patech FOCUS (the Forum for Oracle Centric Users and Specialists) group.
 
Patech encourages all Patech customers to take full advantage of Patech FOCUS.  Membership will provide organisations with the opportunity to meet fellow customers who use the Oracle E-Business Suite and services of Patech.
 
Patech FOCUS provides all members with news on Patech developed initiatives, Oracle functionality and emerging Oracle and complementary technologies.  The user group will provide a platform where experience is shared between both Patech and the Patech customer community.  Patech FOCUS involves Patech customers and provides Oracle E-Business Suite users with the opportunity to:

• Influence Patech developments in respect of extending the Oracle E-Business Suite functionality
• Share experience between Patech’s growing Oracle E-Business Suite user community
• Influence the focus and direction of Patech Managed Services Support division

The user group is constantly looking for speakers to present and share experiences at the Patech FOCUS meeting, from 15 minutes to 1 hour.  We will always have an agenda to fill.
