Patech have developed Publica, the templated low cost, fixed price, high quality solution which forms the basis of all implementations, based on best practices and experience from previous engagements.  The use of Publica reduces project timeframes and cost by providing a high percentage fit to common business issues and a fast start to the implementation, meaning that the project can focus on client specific requirements and issues.
